The plastic camera is a fake twin lens reflex since there is no focusing system , The upper lens being only used for framing purpose.
The design is rudimentary: Fixed plastic strap, plastic lenses, no settings, film press almost nonexistent ... but it may receive a specific flash.
There are many variations of this camera, for example with a black top cover.
